Firstly we would like to let our esteem customers know that if you think of returning the product after purchase due to subjectively of not liking the designs then it won’t be eligible for return. If any other reason stated below is the one then please read carefully:-
1) Damaged: If unfortunately the product gets damaged due transit or transport then the damaged part could be replaced, instead of return. If the product received is damaged chip off or any scratch then the same thing applies the specific part shall be replaced by providing images at our mail Id.
2) Defects: Any manufacturing defects like imbalanced joints or sturdiness of the product. But slight shade difference will not be considered as a defect.
Product warranty doesn’t cover carpenter assembly.
A) Regular wear and tear
B) Rough usage, any chip off due that.
C) Any moisture related dampening of wood, furniture not made for outdoor purpose
D) If product delivered is correct but customer doesn’t like than it’s not eligible for Return
E) If product delivered has missing components then components can be delivered which would be a rare case
3) Relocation of the product wouldn’t come into our services
4) If the designs shown in the images are wall mounted then it will be but we manufacture loose furniture items so can’t fix the items in wall. The furniture could be placed in appropriate room as specified in product specs.
5) If in any case there is issue from above stated points then you can raise a request on our mail id with proper images and verification of purchase made from our website with invoice. Please take care of the packaging also would require it for return or replacement procedure.
6) Once we receive the email, we will connect with you in after 24 hours and let you know about next action as soon as possible
