6)Hardware used in joinery would be Hettich , Ebco or any equivalent brand for maintaining standard quality as to be rest assured

7)Product warranty covers manufacturing defects, would be eligible for return only if manufacturing defect or missing components

8)It would be eligible for return if some different product delivered

9)Product warranty doesn’t cover carpenter assembly. A) regular wear and tear B) rough usage , any chip off due that. C) any moisture related dampening of wood, furniture not made for outdoor purpose D)If product delivered is correct but customer doesn’t like than it’s not eligible for return

10)Dry and slightly wet cloth to be used for any other chemicals not recommended , can use colin to clean the surfaces
